Where are Kamakura Shirts manufactured?
All of our shirts are proudly made in Japan by skilled craftsmen. We partner with specialized factories that utilize traditional sewing techniques to ensure the highest quality and durability.
How do I determine my correct size for Kamakura Shirts?
We offer two primary fits: Slim Fit and Classic Fit. Since we use Japanese sizing, we highly recommend consulting our detailed Size Guide and measuring a shirt you already own to compare neck and sleeve lengths.
What is your international shipping policy?
We ship globally via DHL Express. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination, but most orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
For most countries, import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
What is your return policy for global orders?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Do you offer a Made-to-Measure service online?
Currently, our online store offers a wide range of ready-to-wear sizes. Our Made-to-Measure service is exclusively available at our physical boutiques in Japan and select international pop-up events.
